Dr. Theresa Paladino was born and raised in Monmouth County and attended Ocean Township public schools. She graduated Magna cum laude from Villanova University, where she was elected into Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Paladino then attended University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine. After finishing her internship at UMDNJ Kennedy Health System, she went on to complete a Pediatric Residency at Cooper University Medical Center, Children’s Regional Hospital. Dr. Paladino is board certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Paladino returned to Monmouth County in July 2004 when she started with Monmouth Pediatric Group. When she is not caring for children at the office, you can find Dr. Paladino taking spin classes at the gym, relaxing at the beach, or enjoying a good book.
